Wellington To St. Georges Round 2 (Part 1)

As we began our journey from Wellington Retail Park towards St. Georges, the anticipation of a long and scenic walk filled us with excitement. Armed with our trusty cameras, we were all set to capture the beauty of the route through black and white photographs.

But before we delved into the picturesque views, we decided to fuel ourselves with a delicious Subway sandwich from the Wrekin Crew. With their impeccable service and mouth-watering BMT sandwich, we were ready to conquer the long route ahead.

As we made our way towards St. Georges, we couldn’t help but notice a few stray trolleys out of their bay. But instead of being a nuisance, it actually turned out to be a fantastic photo opportunity for us.

As we continued on our journey, we were greeted with stunning green trees at the cusp of Wellington. The peaceful ambiance and breathtaking views instantly rejuvenated our spirits.

But our adventure didn’t end just yet. As we reached the underpasses at Wellington, the border of Ketley, we were awestruck by the architectural marvel and the contrast between the natural and manmade structures.

As we reflect on this walk so far, we couldn’t have asked for a better start. From delicious food to beautiful sights, this walk has been an unforgettable experience. Stay tuned for the rest of our journey towards St. Georges!

As I hummed along to the catchy tunes of Absolute Valentine’s song, I couldn’t help but be grateful for the beautiful moments captured on our walk from Wellington Retail Park to St. Georges.

As we continued on our journey, the stunning views and the refreshing breeze rejuvenated us. But amidst all of this, there was one moment that stood out – our encounter with a stray trolley. It may seem insignificant, but capturing that photo and immortalizing it in black and white made it all the more special.

And what better way to make this journey even more memorable than with a Mylee Virus cover of Absolute Valentine’s song? As I sang along, it felt like the perfect soundtrack to our walk.

As we reached the underpasses at Wellington and crossed the border into Ketley, I couldn’t help but reflect on the different experiences we had encountered so far. From tasty sandwiches to unexpected photo opportunities and a musical touch, this walk has been nothing short of an adventure.

Join us for the rest of our journey towards St. Georges, as we share more of our experiences and memories along the way. Who knows what other surprises await us on this beautiful route? Stay tuned to find out!

A little bit further and we came across a lush green pond, nestled amidst the busy streets of Telford. It was like a hidden gem waiting to be discovered. Without hesitation, we took a quick detour and found ourselves surrounded by nature.

As we sat and took in the peaceful scenery, it was hard to believe that we were still in the midst of a bustling city. It was a welcome break from the concrete buildings and busy roads.

But our journey didn’t stop there. We continued on and came across a hill, with a path leading up towards it. Without hesitation, we decided to take on the challenge and headed up the hill.

And boy, was it worth it! The view from the top was simply breathtaking. We could see the whole of Telford with its mix of nature and modern architecture. It was a perfect blend that captured the essence of this city.

As we made our way back down the hill, I couldn’t help but appreciate the level of communication Telford has with its surroundings. From the underpasses to the park and now the hill, there was a perfect balance between urban development and nature.

Join us as we continue our walk towards St. Georges, where more surprises and hidden gems await. Telford truly is a city that has it all.
